The journey to that dream was anything but easy. Dental hygiene school was one of the most challenging seasons of my life — stretching me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. What carried me through wasn’t perfection or constant confidence, but belief. Belief in myself, even on the hard days, and belief in something greater than me — God — when my own belief felt far. God wasn’t, God was there through it all.
I graduated dental hygiene school in 2019. While that milestone marked an achievement, it didn’t mark the end of the dream — it marked its beginning.

When Learning Had Purpose.
THE DREAM WAS TO BECOME A DENTAL HYGIENIST WHICH THEN LEAD TO SO MUCH.
As I began working as a dental hygienist, I learned oral health is connected to our way of thinking and daily health habits. Patients don’t just bring teeth to an appointment. They bring stories. Which is truly what lead me here along side my own lived experiences.
For years, I felt called to share. I wanted to share what I was learning, not just from a textbook, but from chair side care. In 2023, I posted my first educational post on social media, and I knew this wasn’t about posting. It was about purpose.

Hygiene Dreams exists to educate, encourage, and empower — blending oral health, lived experience, and faith-rooted truth to help people believe in themselves and care for their whole being.
We believe education should feel easy-going​
We believe growth can be messy and still beautiful.
And we believe love, grace, and belief are deeply connected to health — mental, systemic, and oral.
